NOTE: PLEASE QUOTE YOUR HOURLY RATE BASED ON 1 HOUR PER DAY X 5 DAYS PER WEEK. We manage and maintain an app called Snobbi ([login to view URL]) which operates as a social gifting app where users can purchase items from the menu of cafes and send a voucher for the item to a friend as a gift. Our main customers are: 1. Users - these are the individuals that purchase items on the app 2. Merchants - these are the businesses that list their menus on the app We are seeking someone that can provide email support for inbound queries and additional administrative support (manage merchant menus etc...). Strong command of the english language is a must. Anticipate approximately 1 hour per day, for total of 5 hours per week, replying to emails, preparing statements etc... Initially will contract for 3 months. If successful, then will consider an extension indefinitely. Please provide a cost estimate and example work you currently do. Thanks in advance

Hi there, I possess unique qualities and experience that will allow me to be the perfect candidate as an email support for your [login to view URL] app users and merchants. I'm an email support veteran with 3 years of experience. I've handled customers of Uber, Spotify, and Waze Carpool (Google) throughout my previous career. I was exposed to customer service processes and programs, team huddles, QA reviews, and all other office frameworks in a daily basis. Apart from my quick learning of processes, I have a rapid typing speed of 120 words per minute (100% accuracy) that allowed me to deliver unbelievable results that reflected in my KPIs as an agent. With that being said, I have solid English mastery and I'm well-versed with drafting professional (sometimes conversational-looking) emails that reflects my passion for helping other people. My rate would be $3 AUD per hour daily for 5 days a week. I currently have no other projects to devote my time with but this, so there's a good chance that I will spend more than an hour to absorb any knowledge I need to absorb and train until I'm fully equipped for supporting our customers. I've gone through the description. I'm a Virtual Assistant with past experience of 2 years in customer support for a website (top10bestvpns, top10bestwebhostings) in which I had done the similar kind of work, like replying to customer queries and emails etc., So, this experience might help in getting the work done faster. I can prepare the statements, manage merchant menus and can also reply to the customers accordingly. Also, I've experience in design.
