SKILLS - English > Writing - OFFICE & ADMIN (VIRTUAL ASSISTANT) > Personal Assistant - CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMIN SUPPORT > Content Moderation Experienced Virtual Assistant (Work from home - 54hrs/week minimum) We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant capable of learning and executing provided scripts. Authenticity and a determination to drive sales are crucial! Your Responsibilities: 1. Engage with fans as if you were the model 2. Run scripts for every subscriber and follower 3. Maintain authenticity, chatting in a manner reflective of the model 4. Improvise fictional Sp1cy scenarios and build rapport with top spenders Requirements: - Fluent English communication skills - Laptop/computer with reliable internet - Comfortable with sp1cy content and skilled in improvised fictional conversations - Previous Virtual Assistant Chatting experience is a MUST - Familiarity with Excel Spreadsheets for tracking sales and commissions - Availability to work from 8 pm to 5 am AEDT, six days a week Payment Structure: For the initial month: - USD $2/hr + 1% Commission on all sales and tips From the second month: - USD $2/hr + 3% Commission on all sales and tips Starting from the third month and beyond: - USD $2/hr + 5% Commission on all sales and tips Your commission rate will be adjusted based on your performance, providing an opportunity for increased earnings. Hours: - 9 hrs/day from Mon-Sat (6 pm - 3 am AEDT) - Minimum 54 hours/week
