Conversion/Squeeze page design

We are releasing a service where blog and article writers can find content writing jobs. Employers will pay for submitting their ads. Writers can apply for free. Writers are not required to register, however there should be a quick contact form on the home page for writers to email us. What we need is a high conversion page that will also be the home page (for now). This page needs to mainly attract the writer and to get them interested and email us for more information how they can get started. The page also needs to have clear and large links for employers to click on to submit their ad. In addition to the home/conversion page, other pages will also be required but these page designs will not start before the home/conversion page design is approved. So you should only bid on the home/conversion page (mockup) at this stage. Send samples of graphical full page ads or similar work. Two competitor URLs will be sent via PMB.
