Vector Graphic design for customs declaration form.

Hi I need a vector graphic design for customs declaration forms like attachment - please check before continue reading. There is 2 of them. DEPO - For German post, the form is in German language. HKPO - For Hong Kong post in English and Chinese. Requairements: 1) The forms must be designed from scratch in corel draw. 2) English and German text must be retyped from the pictures by hand, Chinese text is included in [login to view URL] text file, so you just need to copy and paste in correct place and size. 3) Design must be identical as you can see on picture. 4) Background must be 100% transparent on both forms. 5) You need to provide a file in vector graphic format so we can open up and move elements or change size if required in future. All elements like lines, text must be movable and editable. 6) You need to provide PNG image file in size of 7,4 Cm * 10,5 Cm which is original size of the both forms. Budged is $30, bids with other amount are not permitted. I prefer to work with single freelancers. No companies pls!
