Vector Image: Twitter Bird Cartoons

I need a vector image/graphic created for me in jpeg/gif/png format. I have the idea of the image already. "It needs to be two twitter birds having a picnic, one bird is laying down a picnic blanket and the other is taking a picture with a camera."
