Website design, logo, icons – information security, compliance management, electronic payments

I need the graphic design of the front page of a site intended to help companies manage compliance against various government and industry standards - thus the theme of the site should be information security, compliance management and electronic payments. You need to only worry about the front page and a second page as shown in the attachment. The second page should be extremely clean and lightweight, yet following the design, color and feel of the main page. The front main page should be done in a way as to accommodate text based buttons for the various sections of the site which are to be defined later. Additionally the design should not limit or hinder the adding or removing of section buttons - i.e. if we want to start with only: Products Services About Us Contact and later on add: News Press Room Subscribe etc. should not require graphic redesign. I also need a logo design reflecting the above theme. I also need the following icons/buttons for the internal pages: Icons: 1. Horizontal traffic light (red, amber, green) 2. Attachment (as a paper clip) 3. Individual - as opposed to a group 4. Group (same as above but two, one in front of the other) 5. An interview - one person talking to another 6. A sample ( shows a computer terminal (vt100 style) with a black background and a green prompt ( :> ) 7. Encryption (shown as a stream of binary data perhaps or maybe a padlock over binary data) 8. perhaps a couple more Buttons: 1. Logon 2. Logout 3. Submit 4. Search 5. Add 6. Delete 7. Edit (or modify) 8. Next 9. Previous 10. perhaps a couple more The internal workings of the web site will be largely based on tables as generated by [login to view URL] and pie and bar graph charts as generated by [login to view URL] - have a look - as all of the above mentioned graphic elements will need to harmonize, have a uniform look, feel and style. We need cool, snazzy and confident look and feel of the site, which is supposed to be fast loading and responsive - thus no heavy graphics.
