I've worked remotely as customer service agent with various clients from the US, Australia, and Europe for more than two years now, and I'm familiar with many support helpdesks, such as Zendesk, Intercom, Front, Freshdesk, Groove, JIRA, etc.
I am VERY familiar with Shopify and some fulfillment softwares.
I'm also good at writing, editing, and I used to work as a professional writer, editor, and proofreader for a publishing company. So, I can help with writing, copywriting, editing, or proofreading, if needed.
Additionally, during a project that lasted for about 8 months, I was assigned to be an online recruiter for customer service agents candidate from multiple countries and I did interviews via Skype or Google Hangouts.
