Position for a virtual medical assistant. Preference will be given to people who are within the hourly range. Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English. Must be able to work in the following time zone: 8-5 pm EST Must have great grammar. Must have reliable internet and back-up internet. Must have experience working with a medical doctor. Tasks include: contributing to office workbook, newsletters, and e-mail blasts, design for social media, managing social media content calendar, answering VOIP phones, taking messages, working with patients, using electronic medical record, blogging/writing, and accepting other assigned tasks. May also be involved in clinic store and e-commerce. Experience using canva and zoho are a plus. Must be proficient in word.
