I would love to work for your company on the said position and help you provide your customer with Great Customer Service Experience. Since the project is more on outbound calling we have to make sure that we already have pulled out the correct account prior to calling the customer and to to protect the account of the customer we will need to run a little verification (we will need to ask information such as email address or it date of birth, etc) with the customer this is also to ensure that we have successfully pulled out the correct account for each particular customers. Since we are doing an outbound call we should already have a concrete and complete resolution to provide our customers, this is to avoid wasting customer and our time as well over the phone this will also allow us to contact more customers and maximize our productivity.
