Ecommerce Health and beauty company looking to expand into Europe. Need 1-4 dedicated full time Parisian French speaking customer service/customer support rep who can -answer telephone calls -about 20-30 per day (inbound) -proatively answer emails about product knowledge, order status, general info (80%) -data entry, order taking and returns support -candidates must have clear and professional communication skills and know how to assertively talk to consumers. hours are from 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday starting mid March 2012 +. Ideally should be based in Europe. Position is contract based and will most likely expand into 2-4 call centre reps. Training will be through online, skype and phone for first 2 weeks.
