Independent freelancer - customer service - fluent French and German

We are negotiating with a client the sales development of ready-made dishes to end-consumers in France and Germany. For this purpose, we are looking for two independent freelancers that will take care of the customer service (after sales), one fluent in French, the other fluent in German. If you are fluent in the two languages, even better, you have a competitive advantage, please post your bid. -- The independent freelancer can work remotely in any country, provided it speaks and writes on those two languages fluently, has a top quality Internet connection, stable and with good upload and download bandwidth and you can work from 8:00 to 19:00 Central European Time from Monday to Saturday on the phone (VoIP, in your pc or notebook) and replying to emails. This is not a job offering, but it is hiring a freelancer independent assistant. -- The work consists of attending customers pre-sales and after sales and answering to their questions quickly by email and/or telephone. You will also detect actively customer trends, customer feed-back, customer suggestions and share asap this information with us so we can adapt the dishes according to each market (France and Germany). Cordiality is a must dealing with clients. If you are a nervous person, there is no problem with it, but this is not a job for you. -- This job does not demands deep technical knowledge of the product, it is about ready-made dishes. This means that if you are experienced with customer care but not experienced with the product, it will be easy to adapt and learn quickly about the product. -- This hiring depends on our client. If they contract us for the work in Germany and France we will hire the freelancer assistant.
