540127 Translation of GUI menus

The attached file contains an app . I need a programmer to translate the GUI from spanish to english. All you have to do is change the data in the properties file(i shall be sharing the source after the programmer is chosen). No change in algo or writing any new code is required. All you have to do is modify the GUI files. Knowledge of spanish is not require as menu itmes are pretty simple & can be translated using google translate. Also, properties fles may be translated using the same.
