Hello there :)) I have experience of working as a virtual and as an administrative assistant. My duties as an assistant included but were not limited to calendar organization, data entry and data organization, internet research and more importantly, dealing with international customers - negotiating the sales and purchasing deals with them and taking care of documentations. Additionally, I have worked as a customer service representative and currently, I am a social media manager of one of the beauty companies together with dealing with their customer queries. I have a reliable internet connection 24/7, which means I am able to communicate with customers no matter where I am no matter what time it is. I am a very fast learner and do not step back if there is anything new to be learned, so you can count on me and my expertise.
