...For accounts, when processing an invoice, the amount of invoice should be deducted from the that specific amount. Exp, if the invoice is Office Supplies account, the amount of the invoice should deduct from the available amount in the Office Supplies account. Of course, there should be a report page, yearly and monthly. I need to know for a specific contract how many invoices processed during that month/year. And same for approvers list.
