Descriptions and commissioning will be for MVP but there is further development planned, if the development of the first phase is successful. A plan for post launch support is not required but it would be helpful in discussion (presumably to be charged separately on an ongoing basis). Development of site and app and all content to be in english, though there are plans to expand into Spanish speaking markets, so proficiency or explanation of this would be done technically is preferred but not required.
