The ideal candidate should be highly organised, dependable and detail-oriented. A high level of English proficiency is required and fluency in Croatian language is desirable, but not necessary. Honest, pro-active and comfortable in a remote role, the preferred person has a can-do attitude and a keenness to grow in a supportive environment.
